Overview
The inpatient module covers everything that happens while a patient stays in the facility — from admission and bed assignment, through daily rounds and nursing care, to the discharge summary.
Why it matters
Inpatient care generates a large volume of records every day: vital signs, medication given, physician orders, nursing notes. Handling that well means:
- Physicians see the whole picture in one place and can order during the round itself
