A software subscription. We license our hospital information system to clinics and hospitals, who pay a flat recurring fee to use it. We are a software vendor — we do not provide medical care, we do not employ clinicians, and we never charge patients for anything.

A small clinic is typically running within two to four weeks. A medium or large hospital takes two to six months, which includes staff training and migrating data out of the previous system.

Yes. MorLuang provides a standard API and interfaces for laboratory analysers, PACS and radiology systems, the facility’s own payment terminals, and national health scheme reimbursement systems.

No. It prices the visit, records what the facility collected at its own counter and prints the receipt. It is an accounting ledger. It holds no card details, moves no money, and is not a payment gateway.

The healthcare facility does. We host and process it on their behalf under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act, and it is exported to them on request at any time.

Yes. Cloud, on-premise and hybrid deployments are all supported, and you can move between them later if your requirements change.
